What we did

Overview

Truck-parts ecommerce required support across acquisition and follow-up.

Milian Truck Center’s BigCommerce business needed ongoing marketing for a specialized catalog. Paid search reached shoppers with active demand, while Klaviyo supported email communication and lifecycle follow-up.

This study draws on two distinct reporting periods: the October 2024 email review and the August 1–25, 2026 Google Ads update. They illustrate the scope of the relationship rather than a combined campaign result.

The issue

Relevant parts shoppers had to be distinguished from broader truck searches.

The paid-search update identified searches for used trucks and other vehicle queries that did not fit the intended parts offer. The account needed ongoing exclusions and attention to advertising return.

The email program had a separate task: follow up with shoppers through abandoned-cart and welcome flows while supporting scheduled campaigns. Results needed to remain attributable to the correct channel and period.

The solution

We managed each channel around its own customer behavior.

For paid search, we reviewed search terms, added negative keywords and reported revenue against advertising spend. The August update also documented setting a 540% target ROAS. That setting is a management action, not the achieved return shown in the report.

For email, our work covered abandoned-cart and welcome flows alongside campaign sends. The October report reviewed flow performance and short-form and long-form email engagement.

  • Managed Google Ads for the parts catalog
  • Excluded irrelevant vehicle searches
  • Adjusted the account’s target ROAS
  • Supported abandoned-cart and welcome email flows
  • Produced and reviewed scheduled email campaigns
  • Reported channel performance with separate date ranges
The outcome

The two reporting periods show measurable results in both channels.

For August 1–25, 2026, Google Ads reported $5,090.57 in revenue from $991.31 in spend, or 514% ROAS. The last seven days of that period recorded 501% ROAS.

The October 2024 email review reported $2,065.15 in Klaviyo-attributed revenue and described an increase of approximately 160% compared with the previous month. The email and Ads figures are from different years and are not added together.

The separate October 2024 Klaviyo review reported $2,065.15 in attributed revenue. Email and Ads attribution can overlap and these figures cover different periods.
