Being an early Internet Entrepreneur, Kevin opened his first digital business in 1990. This local bulletin board system was one of the first of its kind to allow email, gaming, and chat for dialup customers.
In 1997, Kevin Richards founded Ventura Web Design & Marketing, an internet marketing agency that has helped clients generate more than $1 Billion in revenue. Ventura Web Design & Marketing is partnered with major e-commerce companies including Yahoo, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
In his 25+ years of experience, Kevin has helped more than 1,000 companies achieve their online goals. Along the way, Kevin also founded a luxury home fragrance store (brick-n-mortar and online), selling millions of dollars worth of candles, diffusers, and bath/body products. This unique experience of both owning an e-commerce/retail company and a digital agency allows Kevin to bring a unique perspective to his presentations.
Kevin enjoys anything technology related, you can even listen to tech news with Kevin here. On the weekends, he tries to find time to watch football or baseball. However, Kevin is definitely happier when he’s on the field, rather than watching from the sidelines.
